One of the safest and most widely used payment methods today is credit card. It is an easy and fast payment method. Credit cards have an approximate processing fee of 2.9% + $ 0.30 per transaction. Why is this payment option great?

  • Simplicity: your clients can enter their credit card information, as they would on any online stores;
  • Universality: you can receive payments regardless of the buyer’s country of origin. You won’t have to worry about any necessary exchange transactions.

By activating either Stripe or Paypal payment option, you can accept payments from all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.

Paypal

It is one of the most popular payment solutions available today. Your clients can make payments using their Paypal account without revealing their bank details. PayPal also allows clients to pay with a credit card without having a personal Paypal account. The payments will be deposited into your Paypal account from which you can withdraw into your bank account.

The payment processing fee is 2.9% + $ 0.30 per transaction. You will need to activate Paypal as a payment option.

ACH via Stripe

ACH (Automated Clearing House) payment option allows your clients to pay directly from their checking/saving bank account. Unlike credit cards with about 3% processing fees, ACH has very low payment processing fee of 0.8%.

The ACH payment option is provided by Stripe and Plaid, two leading financial institutions. Visa now owns plaid. This means the payment option is secure.

You will need to activate Stripe as a payment option. The money paid by your clients will be deposited into your Stripe account. You can then easily withdraw the money to your own bank account.

Zelle

Zelle is a fast, secure, and easy way for your clients to pay for your service without any payment processing fees. They can send payments to your bank account by using Zelle on their banking app. Most banks support Zelle for sending and receiving payments.

You will need to sign up for Zelle on your banking app with a unique email address of phone number. After you activate Zelle on Homerun by entering your Zelle email address or phone number, your invoices will include information on how your clients can pay you via Zell from their own banking app.
